Astrid has managed the Sterling Ranch Community Facebook page for over five years. She is passionate about bringing people together and providing community resources. She is deeply engaged in the community, advocating for neighbors, sharing questions and concerns with the CAB, and fostering meaningful connections.
Astrid Badia Carlson was born and raised in Puerto Rico, giving her the gift of being bilingual. She holds a degree in accounting and began her career as a federal auditor in Washington DC., later working as a real estate agent in Virginia for 5 years.
For the past 17 years, Astrid has lived in Highlands Ranch and Sterling Ranch, where she has enjoyed being an active part of the community and connecting with local businesses. She is passionate about bringing neighbors together with trusted service providers and supporting small family-owned businesses as a referral and marketing consultant.
